"Went into Prattville Alabama store to get shoes. Employees just stood there talking to each other and would not help us. Asked them if they had a pair in a size and straight up said no. Didn’t even go look in the back. Left store looked online and was able to order them at the same store to be ready for pick up in a hour. They had that same size shoe there the whole time. Those employees are lazy and need to do better. Online services were awesome!"
"The oddest thing was me purchasing a pair of Jordan's and being told I couldn't try them on....I asked "so you want me to purchase them and if I can't wear them return them..the sales associate replied yes! Soooo I paid for them sat there tried them on and couldn't fit them and completed the return...A waste of both our time....left there found a larger size in another store. I asked for the shoe and that sales associate asked.....Ma'am do you want to try the shoe on!!! I was baffled that Prattville didn't share that same customer service."
