"Horribly slow service. Didn’t want to clean tables. There were five dirty and 4 families waiting. There was no urgency to get people seated. No one spoke to us when we came in or acknowledged we were there. I could understand if they were busy, however, they were not. Then when we did get seated we were not given menus, those behind us ordered before us, and no silverware. We watched our food sit under the heat lamp for at least 5 min. No one was paying attention to their surroundings or the needs of the customers. A cook came out and asked me if I took his picture, I had not. So strange to possibly notice something like that but not that your customers throughout the restaurant were not pleased with the service. Our food was fine. The omelet was quite small. The bathroom was not clean. Needless to say, Waffle House is less than a minute away and when we are in town again, we will be going there."

"Great food and service today. We stopped in this morning and they were finishing up a catering order. The food looked great sitting in the window. I asked the manager are they doing catering and he told me yes and if I needed any catering needs, get with him and the team. We placed our order and the food was hot and fresh. Besty was my server and she was the best. Nice job Huddle House."

"I like Huddle House but this location was a disappointment. The food took forever to get out. One of the servers and the cook liked to talk to the regulars for minutes at a time. When the food was brought out we had to ask for silverware, she brought us to go plastic forks and spoons that you get in a packet. We look at the other customers and they had real silverware to eat with. The pancakes had a dense weird taste to them. Had to wait 12 minutes for ketchup because the server was up front talking yet again to another regular customer and then I had to flag her down. Never once did she check in on us after the food was brought out. This is one of those locations / restaurants that you try once and don’t come back for a couple years or at all. You would think being next door to the casino this location would be on top of their A game, nope I was wrong."
