"Mitch is the owner at Halo. If there were more stars he would get them. I work with people all day and have a pretty good read on them. I would let Mitch in my house when I wasn’t home. That’s huge to me. His retired father was his install helper which is very cool. The other things is that he is very professional, cleaner in his work area when he was done than before he was there, very thorough. He caulked any areas where air could escape from. He had a custom box built for my air cleaner. His pricing was outstanding. Extremely fair. He came back out today and walked through everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions. I even have him coming back out to install a new thermostat that is built for the system. That’s on me. He made my old one work but once I read more on the new one I had to have it. Mitch is my new furnace guy and I will be recommending him to anyone that asks."
