"Overpriced and absolutely zero customer service. One side is set up for ladies of a certain age, and the other is for a younger crowd. I was interested in some pretty pricey shoes, as my feet were killing me walking around Fairhope, but the two young women were deeply engrossed in rearranging some boxes and actively ignoring my daughter and me. Maybe we didn't look fancy to them, but I would have gladly dropped a couple hundred bucks on some boots if they had bothered to check on us. This was a big turn off to me."
"Love the merchandise. We shop here on vacation every year. Unfortunately, this time we had a horrible customer service experience. I had been walking around with a top trying to decide if I wanted it. After deciding not to purchase, I put it back on the rack and the associate was very accusatory glancing at our other shopping bags while asking where it was and that she thought it was on the other side of the store so I couldn't have put it back because it didn't go in the front. We will probably not be back."
