"I have to give this location big props, especially compared to that horrible one in Hoover by the Galleria and the horrible one in Helena!! It baffles me how the fast food restaurants on 119 are all consistent and good, with nice workers and do your food right... and pretty much everywhere else around Hoover and Helena the fast food restaurants all suck. Weird."
"I love the morning shift here they're awesome! I doordash in Pelham during the day so I'm there all the time. They're very friendly and always do your food how they ask, which is impressive considering how busy they stay. But I would NOT recommend going there at night. The night shift is RUDE and nasty. They're attitudes are just horrible. And I ordered a frappe in the app with extra extra drizzle and the night shift didn't put any extra drizzle. They're literal trash I hate it."
"The order was not correct after we had just driven 4 hours. We picked it up and drove the 5 miles home to find the mess in the pictures. It was so late after the drive that we did not go back that night. I went the next morning. The not only refused me a refund, they made fun of me for not coming back the night before. I will never set foot in a McDonalds."
"Went in this morning, and they would not refund the $19.00 I sent on food that was not made properly and was cold. I have pictures of the QPC. The acted like was trying to cheat them out of $19.00 Well this is the last time for me and mine to eat here and that's a lot more lost, lack of good customer service. Terrible food"
