"Very disappointed, feel like we were swindled. My car was stalling and I advised my husband so he took it to O’Reilly’s on Wed eve, 8/23. Kevin, an older gentleman said he was testing battery & alternator. He stated the battery was good but we had a failed alternator. My husband purchased an alternator, had our personal mechanic put it in, car STILL stalled. Mechanic tested old alternator, GOOD! Tested battery, BAD!! So, spent nearly $300 for alternator plus labor to our mechanic only to trade in an absolutely good core AND purchase a new battery!!!"
"So I'm literally working, on a delivery, when my car starts acting up and shaking. This O'Riley's is the closest store that can check my check engine light. This guy checks it and tells me the reading on what error codes are, then doesn't offer to help sell me my parts or anything else and starts to help the next person!? I was so mad! I'm glad Google ask me how my experience went. There is a guy there that wasn't there that is amazing at what he does though, his name is Paul. Ask for him if you ever go there. He'll take care of you"
"Had a 2" bolt go in my tire. Had a repair kit but older plugs. I pulled in and bought fresh plugs and had to borrow some players to get the bolt out. Glad they were close by, open, and letting me borrow the players! :)"
