"DO NOT RECOMMEND. We used Bush's Appliance Repair through our home warranty company and they lied about the work they did not do. They told us that they were going to contact the home warranty company directly because our built in was not accessible. When we called the home warranty company they said that Bush's claimed THAT THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE HOUSE WHEN HE TALKED TO MY HUSBAND FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF INSIDE OF OUR HOME. We have missed Christmas without an oven and now the New Year and I hate that its because of these "so-called" professionals when they clearly are not."
"So far the service is terrible. They came out to my property on 6/5/18 to repair a refrigerator through American Home Shield. They left without a resolution, or plan of action. I called 6/11/18 to check up on a course of action. After 4 unanswered phone calls (and no voice mail service available), the dispatcher finally called me back. She was very rude and said she would talk to a tech. I finally called AHS, who called the company, and then said they would call me back.. No word from Company on 6/11/18. I called on 6/12/18, and dispatcher was rude again. Said she would have a technician call me back. Still waiting for a course of action for repairing this refrigerator."
