"Check your receipts and their prices- the last 3 times I shopped there ,what i was charged was much higher than what it was supposed to be- also chicken wings supposed to be fresh- when i asked the butcher Aaron he said they were fresh until he froze them!! A few weeks ago they had Grapes on sale -Big store wide sale published and on their store flyer-Manager said sale was the past weekend until I showed him the flyer proving him wrong - did he really not know the date of this big sale? Because of where they are , I guess they feel they have a captured customer base."

"It's conveniently located and has a friendly staff. They have great deals on different meats depending on the week and a nice selection to choose from."

"Picked up a fish dinner with a side of mashed potatoes from the deli, and their homemade shrimp salad. The fish was hot and tasty and the mashed potatoes where well seasoned, but the shrimp salad was awesome, I could have ate the whole thing by myself. It's a little pricey but we'll worth it."

"Just moved out this way and happened on this jewel! Really nice grocery, good prices for Mobile and cost close to half for fresg meat as opposed to Walmart in general and nice ladies at the register. It cost half"

"Being from the midwest I was completely overwhelmed by the prices, and I walked across the store several times looking for my friends that I came with. Not once did an employee stop me and ask if I needed help. $14.55 for a watermelon blew my mind, but the issue came at the checkout. There were 2 women in the line ahead of me. The first paid for her groceries with cash and the checker couldn't make change without the register telling her how much. The second paid with three twenty dollar bills, and the checker gave her back change from fifty, two twenties and a ten, which we all saw was wrong, and the lady said, oh ok, I thought I gave you 60, not 50. Lastly it came to me so I am watching extremely close at the pricing etc. She rings up a couple items, then picks up the first item she rang and rang it up a second time. I stopped her and had her remove the overcharge. She continued and then I inserted my debit card and requested 20 cash back on the machine. She was just about to close the drawer when I reminded her I was getting cash back, and she replied in a snotty condescending voice that she didn't forget. I left it alone and just walked out of the store. Several patrons remarked to me about her bad attitude on my way out of the store. If I go back I will wait for another checker. I don't need that kinda garbage in my life. Not a great impression from the young lady on my first 20 minutes in Alabama in my way to Dauphin Island."
