"Went there twice and pulled up to the tube lane sat in the car waiting for someone to come and see what I needed . First time there was a truck in front of me we both sat for a long time finally the truck in front of me decided he was done waiting and decided to pull off I followed suit. The next morning I went again same thing so I got out of the car and enters the building and asked the cashier if I was suppose to come in and let them know what I wanted she said yes. I said okay it would have been nice if someone had told me. She said yeah there is no one out there . Which there was men working on cars. Ithen shrugged her shoulders and gave a very sorry excuse for an apology I left and went to the Castrol shop down the street where I received excellent service! Customer service is non-existent at Walmart auto center."
"I do not intend on going here again. I went for and oil change, have an filter install, and have two tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle. The workers are nice but, their service is slow. The problem is time management, no one person is assigned to do one task. If one start on your tires he has to stop and go get tires for the inside person at the counter. It took exactly 3 hours 15mins to have my work done. No one was waiting when I got there. Never again!!"
"I come here often. Went to another place to get rotors and brakes but still ended up at Walmart to handle problem with tire pressure. Thanks to the manger, an older guy, for helping and awesome mechanics. ☺️ No problems when I come here. 100% A+"
