"A nice little nature trail. Takes about 15 min to walk (or 20 with kids). There are lots of wild mushrooms to see in October. A great local spot to get outdoors!"
"Gale's Pond is a looped walking trail around the pond. The end of the trail drops you off on a dirt road with a bridge. From the road it's a short walk back to the parking area. There are boardwalks and trails with places to sit along the way. There are also markers with points of interest. Make sure to grab a map, the markers only have numbers. This is a great nature area and was an easy, fast trail."

"This is one of those places I can't wait to visit again and again. Especially when the seasons change... My favorite times are when the trillium bloom, and when the Silver Cranes stop here. Once around the 'pond' (lake!) is just long enough to immerse myself in nature, without it taking all day."
