"At this point my vehicle has been at Don’s for 4 weeks. This being the middle of the third week that the work was supposed to be completed. Every time I call it’s always something else that has to be done or another part that has to be ordered, to say that I’m getting aggravated is an understatement. I just hope that when I finally do get my vehicle back that the work is at least satisfactory. I’m giving 2 stars for now with the hope that the work that has been exceptionally slow will at least be done correctly. NEVER AGAIN."

"These guys here do exceptionally great work and we love how they communicate with us to get things done! We’ve used them several times and have done an amazing job both times! Would definitely recommend 10/10 again!!"

"I took my truck to this shop over 2 weeks ago and was told the day I dropped it off that it would take about a week. After a week I called and was told the first of the next week. On Wednesday I went by and was told its almost done and would be finished the next morning. I called late Thursday afternoon cause I had not heard anything and was told again that it would be another day. I called around 130 today and was told almost done and would call back soon for me to come get my truck. Its after 3 and still nothing. While the people are friendly they don't meet their times that they tell will be done and will not call back when they say. However they have been very helpful when you do get in touch with them and they make any problem you have right when you follow up. He even takes care of insurance issues that the customer has such as relaying information back and forth with them."

"“We are more particular about your car than you are.” What Don said to me before I left my car with him. A lady had backed into my 2002 trans am driver door. The car needed a new door, the door and HANDLE to be painted, and for it to be blended into the quarter panels. I left my car in perfect condition as we take great care of my car. Well, when I picked my baby soft silver car up on Friday evening after the shop closed i jumped in and left because he told me about a week and he had it for about 3 weeks. Anyways, upon further inspection of the car later that night there was OVER SPRAY EVERYWHERE!! My windshield was covered and looked like someone took a pressure washer to it, which we don’t do, on the OTHER SIDE OF THE CAR, my back glass, etc... they didn’t put in my lock cover on my door panel, my fin is scratched up where someone say something on it and drug it around, and they did not install the window motor back into the door properly so now it is in a bind and has to be taken apart, again. After 3 weeks, I️ expected it to be done correctly, now the entire car needs to be clay bared, rewaxed, and buffed. Something i should not have to do after paying a “professional” to fix my car. I for sure, should not have to go behind said “professional” to fix something that wasn’t broken when delivered. Poor poor quality, poor communication skills, and would NOT reuse."

"I would like to say that Mr. Don is one caring man, I came to his shop to fix my door and he notice my back tire was tilted out. He told me would not let me drive off his body shop. I did ask can I come back later, he said no and ask for my key. He really care about my safety of me and my children. Mr. Don will always get my business.Thank you very much"
