"ATTENTION PLEASE! These people charged EIGHTY-EIGHT dollars for an OIL CHANGE! I love leaving reviews to help people and companies out. So, to help you out, I give you this advice...please do yourself a favor and avoid this place! I went in to fix a tire and get an oil change. I was TOLD the oil change would cost $35. Again, I was told only thirty five. They got it all done, I went to the desk to pay.... and was charged $87.83!!!! When I questioned how on earth it changed so dramatically, I was brushed off with some mumbled excuse of "Ordered oil...*insert a few mumbles over the shoulder*...extra expense...*insert more unintelligible grumblings..." My husband went back today to respectfully request a refund for at least some of that crazy charge, and was received in the most unkind, outright rude manner imaginable. The woman didn't even listen to his explaination, immediately told him no, and refused to even admit that I had been told it would cost $35. I see in other reviews that everyone who talks to her is pretty upset by the terrible customer service, while those who work with the crew are satisfied. Their work was not the issue, but be warned... their work may bleed your poor bank account dry with hidden expenses. Thank you for taking the time to read all of that. "Hello, I am going to make this short as I hate arguing or being negative. At first, they did a good job. We had a tire leak and they fixed it. But when my wife asked about the cost of an oil change they said $25 for the oil change but they would have to go buy the oil and filter. No problem, those aren't that much. They then charged us $88! Had that been the sensible quote my wife WOULD NEVER have said yes. The communication here majorly failed and then they refused to even acknowledge the problem or talk about it. So, two days later, I then went in to ask for a discount of some kind. The lady again refused to talk about it or admit the fault. She said she would not help us and would not discuss it. And she wasn't nice about it. I walked out, because I don't argue and she wouldn't talk, but this was BY FAR the worst business experience I have EVER had. If you know what you want then they may do good but if you want to get quoted for something I wouldn't suggest going here. The communication is bad and the customer service is worse. We found out later that they also charged us the $88 twice so we had to call our bank and cancel one of the two charges. Not satisfied."
