"Food was great. They had some girls behind the counter not in uniform giggling and talking loudly. The same girls come out and start talking about how nasty the ice machine is. We are sitting right by the drink machine. Very unprofessional."

"My last visit was very disappointing. I ordered online, paid, and got confirmation. I received a call from an employee stating that the toaster was broken. She said, " we can do the sandwich, but the bread won't be toasted."I told her ok and headed to pick up my order. I arrived, and they acted as if I didn't have an order. The employee said our toaster is broken, so we can't give you what you ordered, I was told they didn't have the sandwich that I paid for, so I had to pick something else. I quickly picked something else and waited an additional 25 minutes for my "rapid pick-up order." Terrible experience and no price adjustment after I paid for something that I couldn't get."
"There were 7 people standing around when I walked in and my sandwiches that I ordered in the app 15 min before weren’t even done when I walked in to pick it up. Also no one was in there the store was empty. Instead of standing around talking they need to be working on orders I shouldn’t have had to wait."
