Waffle House

"I wouldn't walk back in here if it was the last Waffle House on earth. Just call this one the Awful House. First off, I walked in and there was only one customer sitting at the bar and he was already eating. I gave my order and heard her call it out to the cook. The toast was wrong and the eggs were wrong, both I had to correct myself. We got this meal to go and when we got it home that's when we discovered everything else. Egg shells and pieces of plastic were found in my wife's waffle. From what I observed in the restaurant, they cross contaminate constantly. I never saw them wash there hands and they seemed to be more interested in everything that was happening outside of their job. Overall, I'd give this place ZERO stars but it won't let me. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!"

"The older lady was nice. The cook was horrible. He don’t care at all. We were missing food. The bacon was burnt and the grits were watery and lumpy. My first and last time ever at this location. They were empty but the tables were still dirty. We had 4 teenagers, a toddler, my husband and I. After bowling we were starving but we still didn’t even eat. That’s how bad it was!!"

"I’m so tired of the staff y’all keep at this Waffle House. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here, no matter who is working there, it’s a problem. They are ALWAYS fighting with one another, or complaining about their job in front of the customers. We don’t want to hear it. If you have complaints, you need to take it up with a manager and stop making the atmosphere so stressful. We went yesterday and all the girl did was complain about being the only server. She had a major attitude in front of everyone there. Her and the cook got into it. She was not paying attention to what I ordered and we didn’t even get all of our food. I had to ASK for the rest of the food that I was paying for. Then I said the tea wasn’t good and I just wanted a water and she had the worst attitude about it. I know people will say “so stop going” but why do I have to stop going to a place who’s food I enjoy when they could just … I don’t know… get their staff in line. Also, you can call but nobody answers."

"Walked in to this location on 12/17/23 at 9:30 pm. Back part of resturant was closed only bar and 3 tables available. All the tables were nasty. Cook and waitress looked unhappy when we walked in. Waitress never acknowledged us and cook stared at us like we were crazy. Cook had on a very scary Covid mask. We turned around and walked out and they could have cared less. I will never go there again."

"Our food was served in a timely manner. Our food was exactly what we ordered. There was a young woman constantly clean in the area. I love the energy at The Waffle House."
