"Not very busy when we went. Didn’t take long to get food. Hamburger steak and French fries were cold. Hardly any onions and gravy. Can’t understand how it could be cold if you just cooked it. I’m talking about it wasn’t even warm. Could not have been just cooked."

"They changed up their menu today and it was a change for the better! The food before was awesome but they have kicked it up a notch further. Food is no longer served family style but the portion size is so much you can't eat it all. I had the ribs which were fall off the bone good, by far best ribs I have ever eaten at a restaurant. You could taste the smoke and dry rub on them. My husband had the grilled shrimp which were also amazing seasoned to perfection with just a hint of char which we love. New collards as a side tasted like some your grandma would cook complete with hamhock and a touch of heat. There are still some of the favorites from the previous menu like the corn and salad which I love along with other things. I could have eaten a dozen of their new yeast rolls with the cinnamon honey butter! And as always everyone there was super friendly and service was spectacular!"

"We've been here a couple of times and the food is good. I've gotten the fish and it's been very good. The staff is very friendly. You order your meat and the sides are brought to the table for the group. It's a little different, but it works really well. The sides are great as well. We definitely recommend this place."
