"Ehhhhh. It was recommended and I'm unsure why. Took almost 30 min to get a burger and some chicken tenders. Fries were cold by the time the other food came up, since they made them immediately after we ordered and sat them on a tray on the front counter. Doubtful I'll return"
"I hate that I did not get the lady's name at the window tonight sun 12/10 at 8:07pm order #72 Tall lady with black and red braided hair! This is someone who exemplifies customer service! They were mopping the dinning room and had the doors locked, as a truck driver can't really do drive thru but she took my order at the window and helped with the menu. Food was perfect too!!, CRUNCHY BACON!!!"

"One of the best places to eat in Jackson Al. Great atmosphere and interior decorations. Feels xomfy and cozy and I like the rocking chairs on the porch. Best Jacks I've ever been to and the cleanest. You have to try it. Very well done!!! Yall did it again!!! Today the line was long and they were short staffed , but these women impressed me by handling the stress very well and completing orders in a timely manner, and still had time for refills. Still the best Jack's I have eaten at at the customer service was phenomenal. Yall did great and keep it up!!!!"
