Chick-fil-A

"I'm going to have to make a Chick-fil-A folder in my phone and save my and save my thoughts on the business and the employees. To date every Chick-fil-A I have visited has been a carbon copy of the previous except of course for the first one. The service you receive inside as well as outside is perfect. I have never received an incorrect order and everyone of the employees was very respectful. I have never found the indoor or outdoor portion of the business needing cleaning. Oh, for those who don't know the meaning of the words carbon copy. Back in the good old days of typewriters if we wanted to make a quick copy of what we were typing we would slip two sheets of paper into the carriage of the typewriter with a piece of carbon paper between the two sheets of paper. What we typed on the top sheet was transferred to the second sheet. Now all we have to do is hit Cc and we can send a copy of our thoughts to 1 or 10,000 people at the same time."

"Worst Chic Fil A experience ever! Ate breakfast here on 2/3. They were slow to take orders at the counter and messed up every single item we ordered. When I went to get it fixed they had people coming from drive through line and inside the restaurant with the same issues. They then gave me the wrong food twice after!! While getting food ready for dine in customers orders were sitting on the counter for up to 5 minutes with noone running food. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and then they traded out staff to do drive thru from inside. I had to keep asking for my food. Noone seemed like they knew what was going on or cared. Luckily I don't use this location very often. Will not go back!"

"Chick-fil-A is the best fast food to go through. They're fast and get your food right. If they don't which is like never they will fix and not complain about it. The have a mobile app too where you can add points and get free stuff..."

"Absolutely the worst service…there is a girl by the name Savanah that told me at first that she is the one in charge, then proceeded to say that I underestimated her as a manager. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The crazy thing is, this Chick Fill A always got my order wrong to the point where I went out of my way to go to Hoover chick fill A. I have also worked for chick fill A for 5 years but whomever the owner is, needs to retrain this entire staff. There are multiple reviews saying how the customer service is not good , How slow they are and they never get orders right? I would rather go further away and get good quality service than to have to deal with what I dealt with at this store"

"The food was good, but the amount of time taken to get my food was a bit much. I ordered through the app which is wonderful and easy to use. I love earning rewards. I would love to receive better customer service after such a long wait time. I should be okay with it by now, but the gas prices are having me to consider who has the less wait time. When I received my food the young gentleman had a wonderful smile on his face. The ending due to the ending customer service helped some. The peace milkshakes are the best in my opinion. The sandwiches were very tasty and cooked perfectly. I look forward to experiencing a lesser wait time and good customer service at all stages of the visit."
