"what a joke. You don't get what you pay for. Get some slightly intelligent people to work there. I've eaten here 2 times in maybe 6 months. they are stealing your money when you buy larger sizes.Burger was ice cold after waiting 10-12 mins."

"Ruined McDonald’s for me forever. Not only was the manager snippy and rude to my lady when she asked for 2 of a sauce and only a quantity of 1 was on the screen. We ordered a 20 piece meal a number 7 and a chicken sandwich meal. We were given 2 unsalted fries instead of just mine being unsalted. The fries came soggy and floppy from the drive through widow. I didn’t want to deal with the rude manager anyways so we just went home instead of pulling back around. We eat the food I get to a chicken nugget that was weirdly textured when I chewed it compared to the rest (it was tougher and broke apart differently) and caused me to stop eating the last few I had to go.my lady never touched the nuggets so only I ate them. A few hours later I’m spending the next 6 hours violently and I mean violently rocketing out both ends simultaneously and experiencing the symptoms of food poisoning. I warn others to go elsewhere if you care about your food being safe to consume."

"If you love speaking to employees with absolutely zero manners or social skills, this is the place for you. Also, being denied credit card receipts when asked! Is there a 0 star rating instead?"

"It's a shame because the women that work in the morning are pleasant and efficient and do a good job, but the young men that work there in the evening are so horrible and off-putting, it just makes me hate this store. When my son wants to go to McDonald's in the evening and we're in Helena I actually just have to tell him "no baby we're not going to that horrible place" and he says "oh yeah, we're not"."

"Absolutely horrible experience! Unpleasant management that threatens to “ban” customers when they say they’ll go to another location. It’s sad that this level of unprofessionalism can happen at a Helena restaurant regardless of it being a McDonald’s. Just go to another establishment at least you’ll have a better service experience. I will not be returning to this dreadful place unless there is a change in management and professionalism. Since it’s “her McDonald’s and this is how she feeds her kid's” I’d rather go to an establishment that doesn’t try to drag children into a business issue. Contacting corporate for other unprofessional things said. All over a drink that wasn’t provided."
