"Great if you enjoy paying $20 for a dozen filled doughnuts that literally have zero filling until the last bite (photo attached). I used to be a regular here and bought dozens for my office every week but stopped a couple years back cause every dozen filled I bought had nearly no filling. Recently I decided to give them another try. Same result. I mentioned something to a staff member tonight and she’s aware of multiple shifts under-filling their products. The fact they’re aware and it’s still happening is ridiculous."

"Krispy Kreme donuts are the standard to compare all other donuts. From the standard glazed to the cream filled chocolate iced, they are all delicious. My favorite is the glazed blueberry cake donut. Don't come here if you're counting calories. Look for coupons, it makes them more affordable."

"From the time that I bought them until I got home and opened them it was just not good at first I got old looking donuts ready to be put in Walmart Then I requested for the warm donuts and when I got home, they were mini donuts and looked like they weren’t even glazed and I had a whole row left for more doughnut. We did not get our Quality of regular purchase donuts. We paid full price for an assorted and a dozen donuts with no coupons No worker wanted to help with any as well The lady behind me told me where to get one after I left I didn’t want to even bother with it. This was the worst experience that I’ve had at this location."

"Visiting Krispy Kreme in Mobile, AL was nothing short of a delightful experience! The moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked doughnuts which instantly set the tone for our visit. The selection of doughnuts on offer was vast, and for a moment, we felt like kids in a candy store, trying to pick out our favorites. However, what truly elevated our experience were the employees. They were exceptionally helpful, guiding us through the extensive range of mouth-watering options. With their insights, we were able to make selections that catered to our palette perfectly. Their knowledge about each doughnut and their genuine enthusiasm made the entire process so much more enjoyable. In addition to our doughnut feast, we also picked up a Krispy Kreme coffee mug – a quaint souvenir to remember our trip. The Krispy Kreme k-cups were a pleasant find too, allowing us to take a little piece of Krispy Kreme home with us, perfect for those morning coffee rituals. But the cherry on top of our visit? The free Krispy Kreme hats they generously offered us – just like the ones the employees wear! It was such a fun gesture that added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel like part of the Krispy Kreme family. In conclusion, if you’re in Mobile, AL and have a craving for delectable doughnuts, excellent customer service, and a touch of whimsy, make sure to stop by Krispy Kreme. Not only will you leave with a box (or two) of the best doughnuts around, but also with memories that will last a lifetime."

"I love this place. It is just as delicious now. As when I was a kid. However, they have out priced themselves. I am definitely not cheap. Over $20 for a dozen doughnuts.... They are definitely pushing it. I will still get them once or twice a year. My normal once a month trip is over..."
