AutoZone Auto Parts

"We have given our business to the AutoZone located on North Parkway, Huntsville, AL for years! Today is the first time I can truly say I regret that decision! I stopped by because the check engine light came on in my car. While I was describing my problem, two male employees (one older and one younger) started laughing and making comments. As a women, I will admit I don't know much about cars, however, I feel that it was very rude and sexist! There was another women in the store trying to get help, she was being treated badly as well. What an awful way to treat customers! I left the store and went to O'REILLY's which is where I will be taking my business in the future."

"OK, so yesterday I went in, ordered a part, paid for it, and the man said it'll be in the next day, which is today, running about 11:00 or 11:30 AM; so I called back around 12 no parts, so I called back just a minute ago round about 1:20 no part. So I asked the guy, what are you all doing over there? He will tell me to call back after 5:00. What kind of service are you all doing over there, lying to people about when they are going to come in, and they didn't already pay for this stuff? Now, one thing I hate, and I hate a liar out of all of their trucks, is that it should have been there this morning. I could have gone to O'Reilly's or Advance, and I bet the part would have been there. but no I wanted to go to cheap route and this is what you get. When you go the cheap route I would never ever order anything else from you guys because the whole day is wasted, waiting on Who auto zone."

"I called in advance to make sure they had my part in stock, they did. I let the guy know I was on my way to pick it up, if he'd have it ready for me. So when my husband and I got there, a older man waited on us. I said to him the other guy was supposed to have it out for me. I could tell he didn't listen to me. So he went back into parts trying to find it. He came back to the counter to get the parts number again. He again went back to the back. The other guy came and asked if he could help us. My husband told him that the older guy was trying to find the part that we asked for. I could tell he was the guy I spoke to on the phone. He said oh yes I've got that part right here for you. So he hollered at the older guy that either chose not to hear me or just couldn't that he already had the part up front. The older guy came back up from to the counter told us the other guy would take care of us. Now idk either one. Idk if the older guy just couldn't hear me, but he heard my husband fine. But to me I kinda think he had select hearing of the gender. Was he one of those men that just doesn't want to talk to women. Some men think us women don't know what we're talking about. Sad. But in general we got what we came for and had good service."

"S. Parkway sent me here for o-rings because the system said they had the four pack. Apparently, they didn't have them, and wrong part. I ended up going to O'Reilly for the correct parts at 60% less than Autozone was going to charge."

"Great service provided by Chis L. I recieved great information and had my battery checked after multiple problems with starting up in the morning. He problem solved and gave me options for what could be going on."
