"This location is different than most. No dine in option. Drive thru only. Parking lot sandwiched between active railroad crossing and high traffic highway intersection. Can be difficult to get in and out. Milos in general had a massive price increase during covid and never came back down. Priced too high for the type of food. Can't afford to consider this very often when my family wants to go out to eat."

"I passed up Popeyes to stop at Milo's. I asked if I could have my food cooked fresh. The boy at the window said we always cook it fresh, especially the fries because they move so fast. I got the crunchy chicken finger sandwich. The only thing crunchy about it was one of the pickles that somehow escaped the soggy bun. That chicken, the part that had sauce on it, had had that sauce on it so long it seeped into the crust so it was chicken with mush on top.The fries were hot, but not done. I asked for light ice; I got none. This is the 2nd time I've eaten here and this is the reason why. Way overpriced comparatively speaking and the quality just isn't there."

"I came through the drive-thru tonight to get me and my husband dinner. Spent $31 on two meals and two single chicken tenders. I drive home with it. One burger I asked for no pickles and it had pickle on it. The other cheeseburger didn't even have cheese. And the fries were very much undercooked. If I had not already gotten home I would have gone back and asked for my money back. I tried to call the store and no one answered. There isn't a link or anything to give a survey on the receipt. So this is the next best step. I'd like somebody to get in touch with me over this. For food that is so pricey it should be perfect. We haven't eaten here in at least a year because the prices keep going up. But we had a craving and decided to get it tonight for dinner. Won't be doing it again!"

"Tuesday. 10/3/23 Mega meals aren’t cheap, but after a long day sweating to death I wanted a mega sweet tea the most. Maybe mention to the ice personnel not to completely fill the cup full. I took 4 drinks out of the mega and it was completely empty. I opened the top and here’s the ice level after the tea was drank."
