"I have shopped at this thrift store since they opened and I used to love it. They do have a good selection of all the items and the store is clean for the most part. However, there are several things that have changed my opinion of the store. What is the point in having $1 days if you have the workers to pull those tags so there are not many if any on the floor? Even the half priced items that week is being pulled. So many of us loyal customers have witnessed this and complained to no avail. The prices of the items have increased which I can understand to a point but some items are priced beyond ridiculous. It's a thrift store, it should be priced reasonably so that the customers who struggle financially can still afford to buy nice stuff. Besides all of the items are donated, why the ridiculous prices? Customer service is a hit or miss. I have witnessed the lady general manager be rather rude to some customers on different occasions. I have also overheard one particular cashier say on multiple occasions that she refuses to wait on certain customers and will walk away. What kind of customer service is that? That kind of customer service isn't what you should see in a Christ-centered organization. Managers & cashiers should be nice and help all customers regardless of who they are. It appears that this store needs to make some changes and do more training in all areas."

Affordable prices for nice things the environment is so peaceful I love shopping in there listening to the Christian music it makes my shopping experience so relaxing and easy to shop! If you love shopping on a budget and finding great deals I highly recommend coming to the foundry thrift store in Pelham!!"

"I scheduled a pick up for a sofa. Ottoman and chair that some family can enjoy however this organization have provided schedule pick ups three times. I am so disappointed to share it still in my garage. I will not refer or send anyone to an organization that has such poor business practices. Donate and shop at a merchant that cares. I will also be posting my experience on social media to share my experience and warn not to waste your time calling these folks. I want to follow up and inform anyone reading the reviews that Hanna Home online pick schedule is easy and they arrived on the expected date. If you want a dependable and reliable service I strongly recommend."

"Wonderful thrift store with super organized layout and reasonable prices. The staff are always very kind and helpful and the bathrooms are clean. And they'll hold your furniture for up to three days so you can find a way to get it home. Great place"
