"It took about ten minutes at the drive thru, just for a hot dog. And that tasted old. The speaker in the back to talk to them does not work. And there's no signs to tell you that."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! You will not get your food on time, even close to time or possibly it at all. They’re slow and only have 1 person cooking and another who takes orders and brings them out. Horrible place. Horrible staffing. Horrible for anyone who wants FAST food or deliveries."
"I possibly had the worst fries I have ever had in my entire life. I have come here a few times and it has been bad, the food this last time I went was some of the worse fast food I have ever had. Outside of the popcorn chicken, everything else was so bad. The fries were so stale and smelled so bad. I normally check the bag before I leave but about halfway home I opened the bag and the smell that came out was putrid. Against my better judgement I took a bite of the fries and they were completely stale, and smelled and tasted like they had bene sitting in old grease for a week. The Server at the window was great, the reason I'm only giving service a 2 star is because how you serve food that old. I came on a Saturday at like 11:30 am. This is not the first time I have had bad food here but this time takes the cake and I don't say this often but you couldn't pay me to come back and eat at this location, which is so bad because the location is so well designed. I love how they have like an area where you can sit and eat that's open on sunny days but that they can close in on rainy days. It's a same that they are serving food that bad. If the food was better that location would be back and probably a popular hang out spot for high school kids and families."
"Ordered drinks on the app and several stalls screens weren't working so went through drive through, no answer so pulled around and the employee looked at us the turned his back so my wife went in and asked for the drinks or a refund. The manager refused refund and didn't get our drinks."
"When you order a route 44 cherry limeade and it's nothing but ice... that's enough right there for me to never ever visit your establishment again. What happened to quality and honesty btw? Burger tasted boiled.smh Note to owners: TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR RESTAURANT NOW! UNACCEPTABLE"
