"Poor service. Store was closing early due to the night person calling off. Went in store 15 minutes before they closed. The person preparing my sandwiches had no clue on which meat was what. I asked for ham, and she grabbed the roast beef. Also, I have the subway app on my phone, but no one including the manager knew why I didn't get my points when I scanned my card. They did not care either. The person who rang me out said well I don't know why, and just walked off. I asked for the manager, and asked do you at least have the number I can call to have my points added, and she didn't. All she could say was we just got the app here. There should be some some consistently between the stores regardless of the state you go to. Glad I don't live here."
