"The food was delicious as usual. It was my now 12 yr old's birthday and Longhorns is her fave place bc of the Wild West Shrimp. The servers were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. However, the hostess was not. She acted as though doing her job was a bother. Never a smile. Cold tone. Barely looked up when getting our info. When it was time to be seated we came back in and she never acknowledged us until I said something to her. I didn't expect red carpet but a simple "I'll seat you in a moment" would've been great. My kids and I weren't the cause of her bad day. Thank goodness the rest of the staff was so great."

"Fantastic food and fantastic service. Our server, Chloe, was excellent. UPDATE 3/15/23: Food and service continues to be excellent after several repeat visits. I'll go as far to say that this is my number one favorite restaurant in the entire Birmingham area. I realize it's a chain, but the simple fact is that their food is hands down delicious, and their service is fantastic is enough to solidify them as my #1. They're 22 oz. Longhorn Steak is a great choice if you're famished. For a slightly smaller, more reasonably sized steak, their New York Strip is excellent as well. Their filet is delectable."
"Good food, great service. New York strip was cooked perfectly and had great taste. Parmesan Chicken was good. Shrimp skewers were good as well. Loaded taters we’re excellent. Waiter was very attentive. Couldn’t ask for better service."
"We definitely had the best service ever here tonight. We came here for an anniversary dinner and left so very happy. Our server, Amber, was so attentive, so kind, and beyond amazing. We felt so very taken care of and are so grateful for that. It was the best experience we have had with a server, probably ever. In addition, our food was incredible! Steak cooked perfectly, chicken just right. We loved everything."
