"Lots of great prices but you really have to shuffle though every item on a rack to find what you're looking for. My wife was pleased with her most recent purchase -- about a third of the price at other nearby discount clothing stores"

"Burlington used to be "THE" store back in the day‼️ It was know for the finest suits, purses, etc... but mostly for the coats. The store would be packed out for just about every holiday. This was the place for Easter shopping; putting up lawaways for little children to look and dress prestigiously. It was a five star for me back in the day.... the only reason for 3 stars is because it's like the thrift store now. I wish we could get the old store back."

"I called and asked if they had trench coats in stocks. Shelly said yes sir we sure do. So I drove there,round trip close to an hour. Guess what, no trench coats. You shouldn't hire liars or management should train better. Probably both. One thing for sure, I will NEVER step foot in your store again."

"Horrible experience! I have been going to Burlington for a long time. Went today to do some Shopping, after finishing and finding good stuff, I saw a long line at the checkout. Only one person helping everyone checking out. Waited for very long time with minimal activity since everyone had their carts filled since we all love to shop at Burlington. It’s sad that I had to leave without finishing up my shopping which was waste of my time which I spent loading up my cart."

"I’m only giving 2 stars, because the employee that greeted me when I came in was very nice. The store however was a complete mess. Majority of the aisles (other than some of the clothing aisles) looked like the attached pictures. I assume they’re incredibly understaffed, but it was just an absolute disaster and basically impossible to find stuff you are looking for."
