"This isn't for the location in particular its just in regards to the brand itself. I went there and spend nearly $500 for maybe 8 items. If that. When I got home I noticed the dress was stitched incorrectly, leaving the dress sitting in an unflattering manner. The skirt I bought was ripped, I guess I didn't think to check for rips. The shirt I bought was so thin that it was entirely see thru. I think if you are spending $50+ for a single top, or $100 for a single dress, that item should be high quality. Unfortunately this is just not the case. I wouldn't recommend."

"The customer service is Outstanding! The most honest and truthful ladies I have seen in any retail store. Major Respect for the assistant manager, Josie (and I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). I came in to buy Sanctuary and she informed me that unfortunately a woman had come in and bought all of the bottles for they had just went on sale. She then guided me to hopefully find travel size. She told me they were on promotion so I agreed to buy them on promotion. When we went to the counter to ring it up the promotion had already past and she was not updated on it. She then apologized and said she lied to me not knowingly. I was ok with still purchasing two and she insisted that since she lied she had to honor her word. The INTEGRITY she showed makes me want to shop at that store only. It is very rare to see that nowadays."

"My daughter and her friends traveled over an hour to Birmingham and visited the Summit store today. She was looking forward to shopping at your store and was excited to show me the cute things she purchased when she got home, but was less excited to describe how the lady who checked her out today treated her rudely. She didn’t understand what she did to be spoken to in such a condescending tone like that as she was being polite and even trying to purchase additional items at the time. And note- my daughter works in a boutique herself so she knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter and her friends all witnessed the unwarranted behavior of the employee as she even asked them condescending questions about my daughter. The receipt indicated this person was Jessica. (My daughter did mention another employee in the store was nice to her at some point.) I know we all have bad days and I’m sure this person probably was having one, but taking that out on customers isn’t appropriate and affects other people. I don’t know if we’ll be shopping there again bc we want to support businesses where we are welcomed and treated kindly and there are many other places we can go. Please -in the future- be nice to your customers- especially the ones excited to be there - no matter what age they are."
