Wendy's

"We stopped at this Wendy's when it first opened and it was pretty bad. We decided to give it a second chance. We walked in and the first thing I noticed was it felt like the floor was mopped with Sprite and extra sugar. My wife likes a hamburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. No cheese. I ordered mine light mayo and ketchup only, no cheese. Both had double cheese.The fries were barely warm. I went back and asked if we could get some fresh hot fries. The lady put some in the fryer and told the young lady at the fry station to get me two medium orders when they got done cooking. The young lady got them out of the fryer filled the 2 boxes and set them in the holding area. I said excuse me, are those our fries? The original lady got them and as a gentleman I said thank you Ma'am and went back to our table with what should have been fresh hot fries. Unfortunately, the walk to the table must have cooled them off or their fryer just doesn't make hot fries. The burgers by the way were not hot either but somewhat edible. Mine had nearly half a jar of mayo and half a jar of ketchup on them and the same for my wife's burger. Wendy's used to have the Hot and Juicey slogan. They also had the "Where's the beef" commercial. The beef is gone and you can barley see it. The juicey part now is they soak it with the condiments because the meat was dry and tasteless. No part was hot. We could barely eat half of the fries because of they were warm and nasty. We choked our burgers down because we were hungry as hostages. My burger sat on my stomach as much as eating at Shoneys buffet and having 2 plates and a little dessert. My wife's food didn't stay in her stomach and halfway home I had to pull over so she could participate in a personal protein spill. The 2 combo's was $20 and change for Dave's singles. I feel like I should have just took a $20 and flushed it down the toilet. By far the worst Wendy's we've had in our lives and in our almost 43 years together we've had a lot of Wendy's in several different states. We will never ever stop at this location again even if it's the last food place on earth. I'll just stop and eat fresh roadkill."

"Ordered a medium fry with a honey mustard instead of ketchup. She told me she was required to charge me for a sauce even though I didn’t get ketchup. On the receipt the sauce was free but she added an up charge for jalapeño side which I didn’t receive. Unnecessarily charging a customer for no reason is ridiculous when things are priced as high as they are. Won’t be returning"

"If you like long walks on the beach, wind blowing through the hair, holding hands with the love of your life, then be sure to come to this Wendy's and put your order in first before your experience. It will take you walking 1 mile on the beach for them to have some food ready for you. When you come back, they know you want more time with your loved one so they gave you an incorrect order, so you get to walk another mile on the beach while they remake the order. When you arrive the second time, the order will be cold, but you're so hungry, but your loved one says it has to be hot because you paid for fresh food and they want more time with you. So, they remake your food once more. You go for that walk once more. You finally come back and just take whatever they give you because you're hungry and irritated. Your irritation doesn't come from the wrong orders or the wait if we're being honest l, your irritation comes from me promising a beach to walk on while you wait 30+ minutes for your incorrect order when in reality you're in alabaster Alabama by a mining operation. A romantic scene really. You also need therapy now with your love of your life for wasting the time and energy at this Wendy's. K bye."

"It’s absolutely sad when you want to support your local business but they are closing their lobby at their discretion. They say short staff but I saw at least 5 people working and some in the lobby. I’ve seen others do more with less. Do better Wendy’s. A 30 plus min wait in the drive thru is sad."

"Food was NOT cooked fresh! The burger was cold, and the meat tasted old because it had been re-cooked or reheated. We did not receive one of the orders of fries. When this location was opened a little over a year ago it was very good, but has been going down for months. We will not be back."
