"Possibly I caught Philip at a bad time but I have never been treated so rudely. I needed a very small job done. I didn't care about the price. I was told we don't do this type of work (drilling a hole in a trailer hitch). When I asked Philip to at least take a look, he told me to get out ??? within about 3 minutes. I ran a shop for over 40 years and now have Lou Gehrig’s disease. I am unable to do even simple things. I was amazed at the hostility. All I can say is wow."
