"Very professional and very honest. Sent my mother for 2 new axles and the owner, Adam, treated her so well, was very quick and did a perfect job for a good price. Didn't recommend anything she didn't need but just said new tires by next yr. Will definitely be giving them our business. Update: still the best people and service, they even fill propane tanks. Just can't say enough good about them and will continue to use them and definitely would recommend them for all your automotive needs, uhaul rentals and propane tank fills, no tank exchange though."
"This review is for my mother Clarice: she was given the runaround at Express Oil Change and the Honda dealership in Jasper basically 2 companies taking advantage of a 77 year old lady but took her crv to this tire shop for them to give her a diagnosis on a tire that just needed a little something. "Very unprofessional, in my opinion. The mechanic called to tell me the service he was doing was going to take longer than he expected. Which is ok, but they started on it 3 days after they told us they were going to. Again, which is okay, the service that was done is not an overnight service… what’s not ok is disrespecting me and saying “well I can put all this back and send this sucker back to y’all..” from then I told him he was going to speak to my husband because he was not going to talk like that to me. If you’re looking for someone to do your tires, they’re fine. Anything more, go literally anywhere else. They also said they’ll call us back but we’ve always had to call them first for any information. HORRIBLE customer service. If you didn’t call them first, you’d probably never get your car back."
"will never recommend to anyone else , refuse to honor warranty on tires after inner tread wore out due to bad alignment. i asked him when tires were installed if truck needed alignment and he stated it was fine. now i am having to replace tires after less than 6000 miles. extremely upset"
