"Made a mobile order, the screen said it was finished cooking and was being brought out. I waited 7 minutes until I pushed the button asking for my food, it then immediately came out (as if it was sitting there) but missing a bunch of stuff that I then had to wait for. Almost $20 and waiting over 20 minutes for a burger, drink, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel stick is ridiculous honestly. Food is amazing quality, but they're as slow as a snail through thick mud."
"How am I supposed to eat my food without a fork. I called back and asked for a fork and ketchup and said she’d be right now. 12 minutes goes by and it’s just sitting here getting cold. This happened all the time! What do you do when your order is wrong or you’re missing something because anytime you call back they say okay but never show up. How long does it take to grab a fork and a few packs of ketchup. This has happened when they forgot my husbands fries. Literally after calling and waiting so long we eventually just had to call out to the girl that was bringing food out to people. So i called back again and said I’m still waiting or a fork and ketchup and the lady said you want ketchup? And I said and a fork and before I could get out and a fork she hung up and only brought out ketchup. I had to ask her to go back and get a fork but at this point it was 20 minutes late and my food was cold and starting to not be any good."
"This sonic is bad. Don't go here. Took them 10-15 minutes to complete my 1 drink. (RT 44 coke with a lemon wedge.) And it wasn't busy. There were 2 other cars there. I asked for light ice thru the app, did not get that either. And please keep in mind there have been more instances of bad service, I simply gave them the benefit of the doubt. They are struggling to fill orders correctly and to rectify them when you correct them. And when you do correct them many of the workers aren't kind to you. I have experienced that multiple times as well. Go somewhere else, you'll be better off for it."
