"(Drive thru) Several cars pulled up past the window waiting, one ahead of me ordering. Still took 20 minutes to get a sausage biscuit meal. I started to just leave. Drive thru worker was rude and never spoke, except to say here you go, handing my food out the window. Sweet tea was bad, hardly any sugar in it. I don't do unsweetened tea lol"
"About 12 orders that were placed after my order, were completed before I received my simple order of 6 biscuits. EVERY TIME we use this Jacks in Morris it is always dysfunction. Is it really that difficult to find good employees?"
"Went for breakfast and had eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy and grits. In 2 separate orders of gravy, we could find no meat. Gravy was cold. Very unusual for that location. We definitely were disappointed."
