"We’ve been coming here for a long time. The food is always very good and hot. This particular time the waiter brought me a water with a bug in it, and a dirty chip basket. I showed the owner(a lady, I guess she is the owner) she brushed it off and said the gnat could of came in with me. Then she went on to say as far as the basket I probably wasted my salsa on it, which both of them were lies. She didn’t say I apologize or nothing"
"Usually my favorite Mexican place in town. Tonight I placed a to-go order and sent my girlfriend to pick it up. When she got out to her car the bottom fell out of the bag that our food was in. This busted the container with my chicken tortilla soup and spilled all over the place. She went right back in and showed them what happened but the lady there said that there wasn't anything they could do because it was already taken out of the restaurant, which is ridiculous because she hadn't even gotten into her car yet and it was the restaurant's bag that broke. I probably won't come back here for a while at least, and I will be starting a chargeback with my bank tomorrow."
