"Employee was hateful. I arrived early so she told me to leave and wait 10 minutes before returning. The store was to open only 4 minutes later. She allowed others to enter early and order. Meatball sandwich was dry. Meatballs burnt."

"I always enjoy firehouse subs. The staff was very friendly today! I am very close to 5 stars and wish I could do 4.5, the food is amazing! The section that is no longer being utilized over by the drink machines could give a cleaner appearance. That is my biggest concern. I will review this review the next time I come in!!
