"Great experience there today. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh and great. Tried the new smokehouse burger. It was great. The meat looked as if it was made by hand and thrown on a grill in someone’s backyard not the thin frozen patties most fast food joint use. Again the young guy at the window was hands down one of the nicest people. He was courteous and informative about our order."
"Why apply for a fast food restaurant position if you don’t care to serve? Would you eat this? Why do you ALL get an attitude with your customers as if we are mind readers about your ordering process. How would you react if you are treated the way you treat your customers? I pray a mystery shopper from Arby’s Leadership visits this location and feel what I felt tonight. The food is not even edible. The bread is harder than the hearts of the people who served it to me. I’m very disappointed! SMH"
