"Iowa to the same thing every time triple hash browns with everything except chili and the patty melt. It's always delicious I can almost eat off of it twice and it's less than $15"

"Just OK it's really hard since covid to find any restaurants with 5 stars. I think they could have done a better cleaning job. We arrived at 5:30 am to find a dirty restaurant and there were 5 workers and 1 in training. When we walked in everyone looked half asleep and unmotivated. It took 5 minutes to get a cup of tea and a orange juice. There was only one guy at the bar. So basically nobody when we ordered 5 more minutes later another guy walked in as the guy at the bar left. We finally got a plate of food 20 minutes later with cold hash browns and over cooked bacon and the toast was stail. I give them a 5 of ten only because the waitress was training the other girl and doing almost everything herself while the others watched."

"I ordered the All American minus the waffle, cup of joe with creamer. As always for the last 5+ years a can (1) of tomato juice just to off set the coffee. In the can! The waitress said do you want two cans? I said no.. one (1), she said she could not sell me one can, had to be 2 cans. I again said one.. she said the manager would not let her sell one but that she would ask her. She went to the back and came back and told me the Mgr. said 2. And that it was $2.40 for the two. I again reiterate only one. Then I said just forget it.. She could have just given me one can and charged me the $2.40 and I would not have know the difference. What has happened to common sense? Have we all just gone nuts? I only wanted one can. What is so hard about that?"

"The cook was awesome. Actually seemed like she was holding the place down multitasking. She cooked our food exactly how we ordered. Our server forgot a whole lot of our order. There was a live cockroach crawling on our table."

"I was really disappointed on my visit to this location. I felt like the workers behind the counter and by the grill where a little too loud in how they were talking and laughing and not being professional. And that tumbled over to the quality of my food from ordering a All-Star my scrambled eggs were not scrambled it looks like they were heated enough to toss a fork over to couple times and tasted raw and about made me sick. The waffle was definitely overcooked and just absolutely no pride in presenting a healthy and safe cooked meal and that troubles me because as an older gentleman I don't like getting sick after eating in a restaurant and management here needs to tighten the reins and have a little more decorum within this establishment and make sure the food they're serving is of good quality. After all, I'm a paying customer and while I understand that doesn't mean much anymore these days but with inflation and how everything has got more expensive I would expect the quality to be much better. Three years ago when an all-star was about $7 the quality of the food was phenomenal but now that it's $11 it's absolutely terrible. Something needs to change."
