"Marco’s Pizza is always delicious and the service is always friendly. Their crust is yummy and we highly recommend the Chicken Florentine pizza. This location and their manager genuinely care about their community. When we had our house fire, they fed us while we were dealing with those first horrible days. That kindness meant so much. They support local animal rescues as well. We love Marco’s!"

"The service and quality of food has gone down a lot over the last few months. I’ve been ordering from this location for a few years now and the last 3 orders were each very late (around an hour past estimate) and the food seemed like it was sitting in a heat bag for hours. The only thing consistently good are the salads. And I absolutely will not change my rating because a manager sees this and contacts me with an apology. I don’t need your apology and won’t be ordering from this location any longer. Instead of apologizing to customers all the time, how bout maybe trying to improve the service any way possible? If some locations are too far to get the food there hot, then don’t deliver there. If you are too busy to keep up with orders hire more people. Just do better !"
"*Edit* Management called today to explain and to apologize, which shows accountability in a huge way. I am raising my review just due to the communication alone. Hopefully, these last 2 times are just an anomaly as we don't usually have bad service from this location. We like Marcos, but the last 2 times we ordered, it has taken them 2 hours+ to deliver our order. The time between us ordering online, and someone actually pulling the ticket was an hour alone. Then, when we called, they didn't even know where our order was. The driver showed up 27 minutes after we called to check on the status. The pizza was warm, but definitely not hot. We also tipped 20% up front, which I think was a mistake."
