"We went during the ice storm. They were packed, every table full. They still kept smiling and were absolutely wonderful. Every customer was well cared for."
"I stopped by here on 11/30/23 approx at 2:30 pm. When I walked in, the store was extremely clean. The waitress was quick to get my drink and food order. The cook on duty was the best I've yet to experience at a waffle House and made my bacon egg and cheese sandwich the way I wanted it and it was delicious. The crew here is awesome and this location is by far the best in Decatur, Al. They are my favorite new destination. Thank you folks!"

"I've been going in frequently while I've been here in Alabama and my meal (order always the exact same) has always been $8.00 and the sandwich usually isn't the greatest but has always been better than tonight. I went in for a quick snack, and was charged more than I always am, the sandwich had 0 flavor and was overly greasy, and the girl didn't even check on me like if I didn't matter. I had the extra money for a better tip tonight even but I can't tip for bad service, bad food, and being over charged. Train your employees to do better. And that isn't even to mention the conversation between the 2 servers and cook, talking about other employees. They need some retraining."
