"I came in on a Sunday around 2 and got the Turkey Bacon Avocado. It was phenomenal. Service was very fast and employees greeted us when we walked in. We also tried the Philly Cheesesteak and it was good as well. Steak wasn’t tough or chewy and had great flavor. First time trying Lenny’s and we will definitely be back!"
"Great sandwiches and very nice customer service. The fountain drinks were also bubbly and fresh. My boyfriend doesn't like pickles, but I do...so the associate packed me some extra on the side (very sweet). Would definitely go again. 5 stars !"
"Very disappointed with the management her name was Katlin. She is never welcoming when we enter the store. Not good customer service at all and then my sandwich came out like a hot dog without the fixings, I had requested. She is not the person for customer service and definitely should not be management. I really don’t like giving a bad review but, this one definitely deserves it. I couldn’t believe they served my sandwich like they did but, made my other ones almost correct..very bad experience. As long as she is management me and several others said we will not be going back there. Horrible experience. Also, couldn’t believe my sandwich came out like a hot dog we were all like what is that before we opened it."
"Very disappointed as I went to enter the building on Saturday over a week ago, and the door was locked during working hours. No sign on the door and 4 workers just looked at me, no one came over to explain. I would’ve thought short handed, but there was 4 people working. 3 more groups came up after me and tried to get in. I was sitting in my car in front of the door and after those people left they waited and then put a sign up that said closed early sorry. Locking the doors almost an hour before they actually where supposed to."
"Fresh baked bread, fresh veggies, fresh meats. Very clean prep area as well in the dining area. Staff is well trained, patient and friendly. Just a real nice franchise."
