"Went inside looked at menu and then was told they were drive thru only. So I left and went to drive thru. On the speaker is a big sign that says no ice. I ordered 2 combos go to window and was asked to pull to the door. There was know one else in line so not sure why I had to pull up. Waited at the door for almost 20 min for my food. Get home and order was completely wrong . Rude service and bad food"
"The chicken was not freshly cooked. The restaurant did not have honey for the biscuits. I think if you serve biscuits(store honey) if you serve chicken ( store hot sauce and ketchup)"
"Walked in the door, they hustled me out said drive thru only. Then in the drive thru I tried to order chicken wings, and they said I couldn't order just chicken wings I drove away, and had a nice lunch down the street, where I could sit down and order whatever was on the menu. I won't be back at Popeyes, and it used to be my weekly favorite."
"This place is criminally understaffed. There’s only ever two workers there, going as fast as they can, but there’s no way for them to keep up with the line of cars. Food is great, better than the Popeyes from other places I’ve lived where they had a full crew. I will say to make sure you check your order, but that goes for all Popeyes restaurants. To sum up: good food, nice workers, HIRE MORE WORKERS."
"If i could give this place a zero but instead i’ll give them a 1. As a college student i’m already tight on money, but when I do spend it I expect my food to be edible. I don’t expect much from popeyes but now I am quite upset with this establishment. I do not understand how a place could be so poorly run. My chicken was old and still had feathers on it, while 2 of my desserts contain cardboard or paper inside and on it. I expect much more and hopefully you may read this and do better for other customers."
