"This place has so much potential but it has the absolute worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I am in executive leadership in my organization…I get leadership. This place has none. I spend hundreds of dollars a month here. I have ordered pizza 3 times in a very short span and at the pick up time the pizza had not been started. Today I had a pick up order for 4:45. They forgot to put the order in and assured me that they would have it to me in 7 minutes as I had students that needed to be fed before dismissal. 20 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager. He explained that the kitchen dropped on of the pizzas. I expressed frustration with the last several experiences including the fact that it was now after dismissal and I had placed the order an hour and a half ago. The restaurant was nearly empty. There was no acceptable excuse. He blankly looked at me and said “sorry”.” I’m sorry” is crazy!!! Not you’re right this is unacceptable how can I make this right? Not let me comp your order? Not let me give you a refund…”I’m sorry”. Multiple employees were hanging out on the patio with friends. The bar tender is the only person in the restaurant working. I am not giving a bad review because of a bad experience, I’ve had several but bad management is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can no longer allow either of our organizations to do business here!"

"My husband and I have eaten here a few times, and each time has been very pleasant. We’ve never had to wait for a seat, even on a Friday night. The service is very nice. The people are friendly and usually very good about checking back seeing how things are. Tonight we got seated right away, and we got there right at 530, so that was nice for a Friday night. We had a very friendly server. She was sweet without going overboard. She recommended we get appetizers as they were half price. We got the spinach dip with toast points. It was delicious. Very hot and so tasty. My husband ordered the supreme pizza and I got Marguerita Chicken. We also got side salads. I have literally no complaints. My dinner was hot, had lots of chicken and the garlic pasta that left behind a delicious juice I dipped my toast points in lol way too much food but could not be happier with our meal."

"Lil Capone's has delicious food, good vibes, and awesome service. They're always consistent. Whether dining in or ordering take out the ingredients are always fresh. The pizza and wings are the best! I'm also obsessed with their salads and mufaletta sandwiches. There's a variety of pastas, calzones, and sub sandwiches on the menu and so much more. Lil Capone's also has a pretty tasty dessert menu that includes Tiramisu and Cannolis just to name a few options. Definitely recommended!"

"We ordered the garlic cheesy bread. It barely had cheese on it , no garlic butter. It was terrible. waitress took it off of our ticket. Alfredo noodles over cooked & dry so I got extra sauce . Cajun pasta was not enough for $17. This was our first time eating at the Cloverdale location. We usually eat at cox creek with no problems."
