"I’ve never been so disappointed in my life! I went back in summer of 2018 and the service and staff were outstanding! I went a few days ago and the service was horrible! The employees sat on stools behind the counter the whole time I was in the store and kept asking me what I wanted to buy from across the store. My experience was so horrible that I will never shop with Francesca’s ever again and I will be telling my friends not to shop here either!"
