"Everytime I go to this location my food is horribly uneatable. I live basically across the street and for the convenience I still go. Tonight will be the last time. I ordered my sandwich through the app. It was for me and my 6 year old so it was just meat and cheese with one sauce on it. In my order it specified that I want light sauce and extra meat that I paid extra for. Even left a tip. My sandwich was so wet I couldn't eat it and it definitely didn't get extra meat. I returned and simply asked to have my sandwich remade and immediately was told no. They wouldn't even look at the sandwich to see how terrible it was. Paid $16 plus tip for a sandwich that I couldn't eat and got a bad attitude from the employee. NEVER AGAIN ill drive the extra miles to go to the one by winn Dixie. They give me free cookies everytime I go to their location anyway!"
"My Husband went in to get two footling clubs. The lettuce was brown. They wouldn't even get new lettuce they said it was fine it was the lights. The lettuce was brown. Will not give subway out hard earn money again."
"Some of their employees need a refresher course on customer service. One particular employee had a nasty attitude with my granddaughters but when I went in his attitude was different. Must do better."
"Slow service, hardly any meat, or toppings on sandwich, the employees acted like they would get in trouble by putting stuff on the sandwich which the customer pays for. Very poorly trained KIDS, will never go back there again. You could tell they were not trained very well, terrible management trained people."
