"The drive through experience was bad! The blonde head guy was rude. There was mustard all over the bag and box. Sandwich sloppy. Will never return again to this location."
"Came up to drive thru employee said the system was down said I would have to come in an order, no problem so I went inside ordered just to be told they don't accept cash only credit card.it's sad when real cash money is no good. I left went next door to Guthries there drive thru works an cash money can be spent there. So if you want firehouse in Northport just change your mind an ho to guthries"
"WOW OH WOW!!!! Have been hearing all the hype about firehouse so we tried it today!!! New favorite sandwich shop!! The service was great and fast!!! Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms and lobby was clean and cool. The food was phenomenal!!! I got the Kings Hawaiian and my wife got a turkey bacon ranch. The manager even came by and asked us how everything was AND she picked up our trash!!! We can’t wait to go back!!!"
"Just go to the campus location. Bread was burnt, food was sloppy, drink machine was broken. The only special request we had was no onions and food gosh I'm sorry that I had such a hard request. This place is pretty on ious the employees don't care about anything."
"First time at this location today. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order for 2 combos. At the drive-thru window I received my order. I drove off and checked my order and noticed the 2 bags of chips were missing. I backed up and advised them and they gave me my chips. When I got home, one of the subs was missing the lettuce and onions I requested. The receipt shows I did request it, but they failed to add it. Disappointing first visit here."
