"So, I stumbled across Once and Again for Kids on a rainy afternoon last week. I was headed to get my nails done and saw “The Light” Nextdoor. Well, it was meant to be as the Nail salon couldn’t get me in. So, I went into Once and Again to shop. Upon entering, I was greeted by the Owner and she was as kind and gracious as they get. She gave me a tour, as I am new in town, and then a shopping bag. The entire store was half off, excluding hair bows, and this Mama went to shopping! SUCH GREAT DEALS!!!!!! Even if items weren’t half off, they were priced perfectly. Boutique clothing mostly and some fantastically adorable items from Target. 2-3 hours later, I was ready to checkout and see my damage. What I believed to be the Husband(Owner) checked me out and was so incredibly kind. They even let me keep my shopping bag and it’s one of those good ones!!! My only regret is this. NOT STAYING LONGER! Ha! If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Humble, kind, gracious, welcoming…it checks all the boxes. Thank you for being my new store for my kids! Kasey Johnson"

"Always love shopping here. Quality clothes for a good price and very very friendly service. I wish the hours were a bit better for working families, but they treat me right when I’m there so honestly, can’t even complain."

"I only give this rating because I wish the lady that spoke with me the day I came inside the store was more understanding that I was unaware of needing to call ahead to drop off clothing. I like this store so much I have always driven from far away just to shop here. In the past I have come in with boxed clothing and shopped while they looked through the clothing same day. So that’s why I was unaware of the calling to schedule a time. I wish the communication with me about it had been better while I was in the store like “I’m sorry for the confusion, but we recommend calling ahead to put you on a wait list.” While I understand protocol and procedure I felt like It didn’t matter as she proceeded to dismiss that I drove over 60+ miles passing other shops just to shop with them from past experiences. Unfortunately I won’t be back just due to how that made me feel."
