"Place is a joke. Fountain machine never works. He didn’t even have a sign on it saying it’s out of order. The guy working didn’t have anything hardly prepped. He definitely does not know what he is doing. This subway has always sucked and apparently no one wants to fix it the right way."

"ETA: Due to the service and being over charged, our CC company was able to reverse that payment. I encourage those who visit this location in the future and inevitably get horrible food and service to do the same. If they lose money at the rate they should, maybe some kind of corrective action will happen for someone. How is this place still open? My family just got thrown own bc we had the audacity to point out to the workers that we were overcharged. As soon as my mom brought it up, one of the girls threatened to call the cops on her. While ordering, I was asked what I ordered at least 3 or 4 times, they also made several other peoples sandwiches before letting our family pay for their food for some reason. There was also a lot of stuff wrong with my sandwich, but that was actually the least of our issues. There are also maybe 4 chip options and almost all of their drinks were gone. This was a really janky, ratchet location."

"This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. Both of the employees who were working were so high that they could not make my sandwiches and it took 20 minutes to make four sandwiches with me having to repeat the order multiple times and a lot of people in line standing behind me. One of the employees was very visibly pregnant as well and high af. I was ordering a kids sandwich for my baby with the plan of just taking the turkey and cheese off and tearing it into small pieces so that she could eat it in her car seat and I asked if I could please have a plastic salad bowl To put her turkey and cheese in so that she could hold it on her lap and eat in her car seat and they told me that no they could not give me a plastic bowl without charging me seven dollars for it, the cost as if I had ordered a meal that came in a bowl, when all I wanted was the empty bowl. I spent $37 on sandwiches and couldn’t even get a plastic bowl without paying seven more dollars. This is the most stingy trashy subway I’ve ever been to! One of the employees who was off the clock and was standing there ended up on the phone with the owner and she even asked him if there was a way They could charge me the cost of the bowl without the entire meal and he said no. There was no way I could just get a empty bowl. The owner doesn’t care at all about the condition of his employees or about customer service!"

"I ordered sandwiches through the app, paid for extra meat on one and extr Onions and cheese on the other, and this is what I got. Never spoke to a manager despite multiple attempts to contact him. I didn’t want to have to leave a review but the whole experience has been incredibly upsetting and unprofessional."
