"Professional, courteous, and overall great people who are very knowledgeable about all aspects of automobiles. Their shop is amazing: old school with modern equipment….and they know their stuff! We had a highway emergency and a local auto parts store recommended this place. It was a Saturday and a holiday to boot, but they made time for us and really helped us out with a thorough safety check of one ton big van plus they also gave it a much needed tire alignment. We can’t say enough good things: we were back on the road and feeling safe. We just highly recommend them!"

"If there was a Zero star that is what they would get. (Secretary was nice) overcharged, above quote. Added on $400, hard to get ahold of. I can bet the 5 star are friends or employees.Once they have your vehicle they are not friendly. Talk to mechanic, then owner, cant agree and was very ugly. Took almost a year to finly get to my vehicle. Replaced a head. Put a new battery on it when I told them it was under warranty. Said my battery was the reason it was still missing & would work itself out. Pt new plugs & wires on and charged me, when I told them the ones on there didn't have 50 miles on them and top of the line. Paid half upfront, still not running right. Had trouble 2 hours down road to see my son in ICU. Hobbled back to be told ither head was cracked. Said I could leave it there until got the money to fix it. Went back up to get it, turned over, they wouldnt hrlp start it. Go back After we get over covid. Comouter gone, evaporated gone, air filter whole assembly cut off. Ither things gone. Had moved it to their lot across the street & hood bashed in. Asked for keys and they said they were in it. Now why would they leave the keys in a vehicle they were responsible for? They said my son took stuff off of it. He put a battery in to try & start and brought home when it wouldn't. The things taken were unscrewed & other parts, moved to the battery spot. Not a grab & dash job. Someone took some time to get. All that they took. More to follow when new mechanic gets it all together. ."

"I can’t imagine finding a more honest and caring repair shop. Brock went so far above and beyond to help us when our truck broke a piston and needed a new engine that my wife and are determined to move to Hamilton. I drive cross country delivering RVs and Boats and have encountered too many mechanics and repair shops to count but never have I met one as determined to help someone stranded in the middle of their trip. A big thank you to Jamie, Toby, Preston and Kelsy for their help and kindness as well. I will include some pictures of the engine work as well. Thank you and I will see you all soon."

"Our engine light came on so we stopped in Hamilton to check it out. O’Reilly Auto parts did a diagnostic and said it needed a coil replaced on #3 cylinder. It was raining so they recommended West 66. I called and brought it in. Toby took it in right away and replaced the plug and coil I bought at the part store. It was done in 20 minutes and he made sure it solved the problem before we left. It’s running great and we are back on the road home. The price was right and warranted a tip. Toby was knowledgeable, quick and extremely helpful. Nothing more I could ask for in a mechanic. A million thanks to Jody at O’Reilly and Toby at West 66."

"Always overcharged and feel taken advantage of. Given a price and then when I come to pay it’s always a considerable amount more than originally discussed. Also, adding a surcharge on top of the part cost, “because you have to” is not good business and a seedy way to make a couple extra bucks on top of already costly parts."
