"We were stranded on the side of the highway with a blown out tire and two kids states away from home. Johnny didn’t take long to come pick us up and took us to the shop where he and the other associate put on two new tires for me. Johnny even took the time to show me what happened, explain why, and point out everything I will need to get checked out it when I get home. They were all so kind and courteous and made a bad situation better."

"Car broke down on side of highway and I needed it towed all the way back to the dealership in birmingham. Shannon was great, he loaded up my car fast and was very professional. I was worried that since my ride still hadn’t gotten to me yet that i would have to wait on the side of the road with my belongings and dog. However, he drove me and my dog to a nearby gas station to wait in the truck for my ride to arrive and when they did he even helped me unload my car. Great people, Great experience. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic experience. We're on a cross country road trip in a winnebago RV and started hearing the brakes grind. I called around to numerous places and they were able to get us in right away and within 2 hours we were on our way. My husband works on cars and watched the whole time and he was impressed!
