"Absolutely terrible Customer Service.I don’t never write reviews but this place it has really good food overpriced but good.There employees are not very pleasant went to get food other day maybe 5:15.Go in trying to find out what my husband wants and the girl in the back said what is she doing she said she’s trying to figure out what she’s going to order very rude I turned around walked out.DONT recommend"

"My family tried to get an order to go. Walked in, stood at the counter yesterday, 10/16 between 4-5:20 and made eye contact not once but several times with a wait person. No words spoken from the employee. 10 minutes my spouse stood there and no one would take the order, which was going to be above $40. Such terrible customer service skills. Awful! Finally got ticked off and she left. The wings from Publix were sure good. I’m sure glad this local mom n pop establishment wants locals to visit and get ignored because they think they don’t need the business I guess. Embarrassing because I talked them up to get the dinner order from there. Well, never again."

"What a find! 3 meat plate was really good. Bowl of beans with cornbread was delicious. Great atmosphere in this smaller space. You should stop just for the chicken tenders."

"I love the building, it's so quaint but thats the best I can say about my experience. I ordered the patty melt with fried potatoes. I wish I'd known mayo came on it automatically. A patty melt comes normally with meat onion cheese and rye bread...the fried potatoes were awful. Some were cooked, most were raw..the "patty melt" is actually just a burger on Texas toast...my husband got the same, fries instead, but those were soggy and unedited. Totally not worth the 17 bucks we spent. Our first experience here will be our last. The lady that waited on us was quite rude and not helpful at all...the older gentleman seemed very nice and pleasant....just not the best place for us at all."

"Food was pretty good, but almost couldn’t enjoy it because service was so bad. Cashier was extremely rude. Did not greet customers at all and was trying to do 3 things at once. Seemed to be overworked and that’s probably not her fault, but it doesn’t feel good as a customer when you are standing in line to wait that long and you have a line of people behind you thinking the same thing. Nobody ever asked us if we needed anything. I probably won’t be back because the food can be excellent, but poor service leaves a bad taste in your mouth."
