"Was there for breakfast, there was no coffee available for the 1st 15 minutes. When coffee was served it was terrible, lukewarm & weak. The food was also disappointing. I love Jacks but this one is not one i would visit again"
"This is my favorite location out of the three that are within a couple miles of each other. Great people doing a great job. And being in the middle of town, people from all over come here. So there is always a diverse crowd. Great coffee, clean restrooms, and the hand dipped ice cream make me what they call a "regular"."
"Ordered inside, went home to eat. Opened the meal, and the melted cooky was pulled out first. Then I see the tenders. They are not but 1/2 of their normal sized tenders. I'm so disappointed, because it's the best chicken fingers in town! But hey, when all y'all have is small pieces, at least put a few more in to make up the difference!"
"Overall the wait to order was crazy slow) over 20 mi) why did I stay?? I had a dr appointment across the street. The food I got 15 minutes after I ordered was overcooked and when I went to get a refill on my beverage I had to ask the staff member standing next to the soda station after being “ignored” for several minutes. I think it could be up to Jacks standards if the training and desire to actually be pleasant to customers were there. Arguing in front of customers is not acceptable in most people’s view I get frustration is high but what I witnessed was overall bad moral. I wish the restaurant the best in the future."
